Delivery and payment

We deliver throughout Romania by express courier. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

Delivery methods

• Cargus — delivery within 24–48 working hours
• Sameday — delivery within 24–48 working hours
• FAN Courier — delivery within 24–48 working hours
• Collection in person from our premises, by prior telephone arrangement

Shipping costs

The standard delivery charge is 25,00 lei. Orders over 500,00 lei are shipped free of charge.

For bulky items (barriers, turnstiles, industrial automation) shipping is calculated individually and communicated to you before the order is confirmed.

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives
• Card online — secure payment through an authorised processor
• Bank transfer — against a proforma invoice, for companies

Lead times

Products marked “in stock” are dispatched within 24 working hours. Products marked “on order” show their individual lead time on the product page.

Receiving your parcel

Check the parcel is intact while the courier is present. If the packaging is damaged, ask for a damage report to be drawn up and notify us within 24 hours at office@techupzone.ro.
