Returns policy

Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, if you are a consumer acting as a private individual you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

How to return a product

• Notify us in writing at office@techupzone.ro within the 14-day window
• Complete the returns form we send you by email
• Ship the product to the address given, in its original packaging
• We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the product

Conditions for returns

• The product must be in the condition it was delivered in, with no signs of installation or wear
• Original packaging, accessories and documentation must be complete
• The invoice or receipt must accompany the product

Exceptions

Products configured or customised at the customer's request, sealed products unsealed for hygiene or security reasons, and equipment that has been installed cannot be returned.

Warranty

All products carry a warranty of at least 24 months for private individuals and 12 months for companies, unless stated otherwise on the product page. The warranty is void in the case of incorrect installation, unauthorised intervention, or use outside the parameters stated in the datasheet.

Dispute resolution

For complaints you may contact ANPC through the SAL platform or the European ODR platform.
