Privacy policy

TechUP Zone S.R.L., with its registered office at , , VAT number 43031213, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

• your first and last name
• your phone number and email address
• your delivery address and, optionally, company billing details (name, VAT number, trade register number)
• your order and quote request history
• your IP address and browser type, to prevent abuse

Why we collect it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, issue tax documents, respond to quote requests and verify installer accounts. The legal basis is performance of the contract, and your consent for the contact and quote forms.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years, as required by tax law. Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last interaction. Inactive accounts are deleted on request, except for data we are legally required to archive.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners needed to fulfil your order: courier companies for delivery, the payment processor for card payments, our hosting provider and our accountants, each acting as a data processor.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• withdraw your consent at any time
