What we sell

Through this site we sell equipment for gate automation, video surveillance, access control, intruder alarm systems, fire detection, networking and electrical installations. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.

Orders and confirmation

An order placed online is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by phone or email. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is no longer available or if the delivery details are incomplete.

Prices and availability

Displayed prices include VAT and are quoted in Romanian lei. Stock figures are indicative and updated periodically; if a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to choose between an alternative, a longer lead time, or cancellation.

Installer prices are shown only to approved partner accounts and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Delivery and payment

Delivery terms, shipping costs and accepted payment methods are set out on the Delivery and payment page.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers who are private individuals may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, under the conditions described on the Returns page.

Warranty

Products carry a warranty of at least 24 months for private individuals and 12 months for companies, unless stated otherwise on the product page. The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised intervention, power surges, natural disasters, or use outside the parameters stated in the datasheet.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, graphics, logo and structure — belongs to TechUP Zone S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Datasheets and descriptions are provided for information and may be updated by the manufacturer without notice. Choosing the right equipment for a specific application remains the installer's responsibility, or is determined following a technical assessment.

Dispute resolution

Any disagreements will first be settled amicably. Consumers may contact ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection), the SAL alternative dispute resolution platform, or the European ODR platform.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version applicable to an order is the one published on the site at the time the order was placed.
